There is nothing like this anywhere in Los Angeles. The separate large 450 sq ft room with it's own entrance and bathroom is a few steps across the rooftop from the kitchen, which is in a 1,600 sq ft studio, loft, rooftop penthouse (to which you have full access as your living room and work space, etc.), but your room is a private, separate unit. I just had a very nice paint job done in the room in August. Yes, again, as the pictures below show, we are the only loft and bungalow that is actually... Sleeps 1. Pet friendly. Smokers welcome.
