This executive detached villa has everything you could want for a sunshine holiday in Florida! Luxurious and beautifully furnished, covering 3210 sq. ft. The rear of the property overlooks a lake and fountain, is on a larger than standard plot and is fenced each side for added privacy. The villa can sleep 14, having 6 bedrooms, three are en suite one having a balcony and another doors to the terrace. There is a family bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs recently installed.Hairdryers supplied. Games room - including air hockey, table tennis, darts and an 8' slate bed pool table with overhead lighting. Table and seating provide a great place to socialize whilst enjoying iced drinks - refrigerator has ice maker! The pool and jacuzzi is screened, can be heated if required, has a security fence & alarm on the living room doors for child safety.The large terrace has a long lanai with ceiling fan, parasol, tables and chairs under for enjoyable meals outside, plus 6 padded loungers. Sufficient for everyone! A spacious master bedroom having balcony with new patio set and loungers overlooking the lovely lake and fountain, has a king size bed, a large en suite with bath and separate shower, walk-in closet and 2 vanity units. 2 bedrooms downstairs have queen size beds and en suites, one is particularly desirable as it has doors leading onto the pool terrace. There is another bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed, a twin bedded room having the family bathroom at the same end of the galleried landing. There is a further twin bedded room downstairs that has the new shower room opposite. All bedrooms have a TV / DVD / VCR combo and extra blankets are provided. Further new fold up bed and pull out mattress supplied. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.Hairdryers supplied. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, cooker/oven, slow cooker, liquidizer, toaster, coffee maker plus ample equipment and crockery. The large washer and drier are located separately in a closet in the games room. The spacious living room has 2 large leather sofas and a 56" TV with satellite, DVD and VCR. The dining area and breakfast bar together has seating for 10 and living room for 6, giving ample room for large groups to eat together. NEW!We have replaced the TV combo on the landing relaxation area with a new flat screen TV, PC and some games for all the family to enjoy. WI-FI wireless broadband internet, music stereo system, telephone, board games and books are also available to make your stay more like home. Bed linen and lots of towels are provided. The villa is air conditioned throughout and is a non-smoking, pet-free home. Suitable for the elderly or infirm. Children very welcome.
